Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for users who are permitted to access information regarding the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees, including recurring fees, using your designated payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its data without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service;
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or degrades performance;
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities and market-conduct laws, or to engage in market manipulation;
• Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity or operation of the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, analytics, scores, and compilations, is owned by PT AureX Teknologi Indonesia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

The Service relies on market data, fundamental data, and other information obtained from third-party sources and exchanges. Such data is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Your use of third-party data and services may be subject to the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party source.

The Service includes features that generate analysis, summaries, scores, and other content using artificial intelligence and statistical models. Such output is automated, may contain errors or omissions, and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it.

AureX is an analytical and informational tool only. Nothing in the Service is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Please review our Disclaimer for important information about the risks of trading and investing.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data or analysis will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT AureX Teknologi Indonesia and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT AureX Teknologi Indonesia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
